Over 80 Million youth are unemployed. Another 152 Million of us are trapped in low-paying informal sector work.

We've been called a "ticking time bomb." But there's another way to look at us. We're not a "lost generation."

We are Generation Enterprise

We Build Youth-Led Businesses

We're young professionals and students from HBS, Wharton, and Stanford GSB. We build businesses in urban centers that create employment and a pathway to ownership for low-income youth.

We create good jobs for the unemployed/underemployed

We use Silicon Valley startup methods to prototype and test ideas that serve or source from the "Bottom of the Pyramid." Youth enter our enterprises as employees, learning on the job (as opposed to in a classroom), receiving ongoing training, earning income, assuming greater responsibility, and ultimately taking ownership of the entity.

We're taking our network of youth-run ventures global!
